Registration Instructions

Click on the "Register Now" button on the webcast for which you would like to register to start!  Next, create your account. Add any webcasts to your cart and click the "Complete Registration" button. 

If you want to register for another webcast at a different time, login to the same account you created for your first registration. You also will use this account to access the live webcasts. 

To add more than one webcast to your cart and checkout all at once:

  1. Click "Register Now" for your first webcast and add that to your cart. 
  2. Click on the "Home" tab at the top of your screen to return to the homepage and then click "Register Now" for the next webcast you want. This will add the webcast to your cart. 
  3. Repeat for the third webcast. 
  4. You then will see all 3 webcasts in your cart and can click "Complete Registration" to checkout all at once.


To view live sessions and/or recordings of sessions that you registered for, click on the View Sessions tab at the top and then select the webcast you want to view. Under each session on the webcast agenda page, click the orange button VIEW SESSION to be directed to next page to view the session, either live on the day of the webcast or the archived recording, which will be available for the month following the live date. 

General Conference FAQs

Will the session recordings be available after the webcast?

Yes. You can log back into your conference account to view all recording for the month following the live date. After the webcast series concludes, recordings and materials will be available as part of the 2021 Virtual Prevent Cancer Dialogue Toolkit. Links will be available at that time. (Unfortunately, Dr. Garth Graham's keynote presentation will not be available after the original webcast on April 7.) 

Can I get CE credit for viewing the recordings?

Yes. CE credit will be available for the recorded sessions for which you registered, until the next webcast date (about 30 days). For the April 7 webcast, the keynote presentation will not be available as a recording, so only 2 total credits will be available for watching recordings of this webcast. 

Will the speaker’s slides be available?

Yes. After the webcast, PDF versions of the speakers’ slides will be available as part of the 2021 Virtual Prevent Cancer Dialogue Toolkit, on the Prevent Cancer Foundation website. Links will be available at that time.

Can I register now for a webcast to view the recordings and get CE Credit?

Yes, as long as it is before the next webcast date (about 30 days). After that, we can no longer give CE credit and registration will be closed.

When will CE credits be reported back to NCHEC or NPWH?

We will report a full list of all attendees who have viewed webcasts and completed evaluations back to NCHEC and NPWH following the third webcast in July. You will receive certificates, which you can keep for your records. 

How do I participate in the pre-webcast social?

Simply log in to the first session of the webcast 5 minutes early, at 12:25pm ET. You'll be able to introduce yourself, see comments from fellow participants, and more!

Technical FAQs

Please Note: If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer as a web browser to view this site please switch to another provider. This site will not function properly on the Internet Explorer interface as it is an unsecure outdated internet browser. 

How do I access the sessions?

You can access any of the sessions you registered for by clicking on “View Sessions” in the top menu bar or on the home page. From there, select the conference day you would like to view. On the webcast day page, click on any session title and access the “View Session” button. On the next page, click Enter Session. You can only enter sessions 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.

What do I need to attend sessions?

Below is what we recommend.

Device: It’s best to use a computer or laptop that has an updated internet browser.

Speakers: Sound is projected through your computer speakers, so make sure they work to hear the presenters.

Internet: It’s best to use a wired internet connection. A wired connection gives a consistent signal and consistent bandwidth, providing a better experience. Wifi is not recommended because the signal strength can vary.

Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari are the recommended browsers, we recommend using the most updated versions. Do not use Internet Explorer. Your browser must support HTML-5. To detect your browser version, run: https://whichbrowser.net 

Settings: Make sure you have pop-ups blockers disabled in your internet browser settings and that your browser is Active X enabled. If you are on a network that uses a firewall or VPN, you can test your access in advance to ensure our software will not be blocked by these items using this site, http://events.commpartners.com/webcasts/browsertest/

Minimum System Requirements: 2.0Ghz Processor or faster 2 GB RAM (Greater than 2 GB recommended) 


I am in the session but the video froze/I can’t hear the audio. What should I do?

If you are not able to hear any audio through your computer speakers first check to make sure your speakers are not muted or turned off. The next step is to refresh your internet browser connection by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard or clicking the “refresh” button in your web browser.

If you are having trouble viewing the video or the chat and you are connected to a VPN, try disconnecting from the VPN (if possible) and reloading the page to see if that helps.

Be sure others sharing your internet connection are limiting their bandwidth usage such as streaming video/audio on other devices, downloading large files, etc.
